The Opportunity

As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Spavia The Collection, you will have a steady flow of membership-based guests so you can focus on delivering exceptional bodywork rather than worrying about filling your schedule. Our luxury spa setting, premium products, and resort-inspired treatment rooms allow you to provide high-quality, unhurried services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver customized massage treatments tailored to each guest's wellness goals, using modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Salt Stone, and others based on your training.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with recurring membership guests that encourage ongoing wellness and repeat visits.
• Recommend service enhancements and home-care products that genuinely support guest outcomes and enhance their experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness in your treatment room, including completing SOAP notes and guest documentation.
• Contribute to a calm, professional, and team-oriented spa environment where guests feel cared for and therapists feel supported.

What Success Looks Like

• Within your first 36 months, maintain a strong rebooking rate and positive guest feedback, demonstrating consistent, high-quality treatments.
• Develop a loyal base of recurring guests who request you by name and return regularly as part of their wellness routine.
• Effectively use enhancements, retail recommendations, and advanced services to improve guest outcomes and increase your earning potential.
• Uphold Spavia's cleanliness, documentation, and service standards on every shift, contributing to a smooth and professional spa operation.

What We're Looking For

• An active Georgia Massage Therapy License and a genuine passion for helping others through therapeutic massage.
• A professional, dependable, guest-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with a range of modalities and openness to learning new techniques through training and continuing education.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on quality care rather than high-volume turnover.

Compensation and Benefits

• Healthcare Benefits
• $500 Welcome Bonus for qualified full-time new hires after 30 days; average earnings of $ 52- $ 62 per 60-minute service (treatment pay + guest gratuities), with additional earning opportunities through enhancements, retail, and performance incentives.
• Flexible scheduling; paid training and onboarding; continuing education opportunities; employee, retail, and friends & family discounts; supportive team culture; full-time team members may be eligible for additional benefits including PTO and healthcare options.
• W-2 employment.
• Flexible full-time and part-time schedules with 10-minute turnover between services.
